Scores move through three documented steps: normalization, aggregation, and tie-breaking.

Step 1

Score normalization

Raw domain scores are normalized to a 0-100 scale per cohort so cross-sector comparison is meaningful.

Step 2

Rank aggregation

Normalized domain scores are synthesized into a composite, then stocks are ordered by the composite.

Step 3

Tie-breaking

Ties are broken by the stronger-signal domain on the day, with coverage metadata as a secondary fallback.
