SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & BILLING

All orders, purchases, or transactions for the sale of services made using this Website are subject to these Terms and Conditions. All payment processing is completed via a third-party provider (Stripe), and StockLens does not store your payment details on its own servers.

Subscription Plans

(a) Billing and Auto-Renewal. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans ("Subscription" or "Subscription Plans"). Your subscription will commence on the day that you select and pay for the plan, and you will be billed on that same day (the "Billing Date"). All Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless and until you cancel the auto-renewal through your account settings prior to the next Billing Date. If you turn off auto-renewal, your Subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will be cancelled.

(b) Subscription Credits. Each Subscription Plan includes a monthly allocation of Credits. Credits do not carry over to subsequent billing cycles. Unused Credits from a prior monthly period will expire at the end of that monthly period and do not roll over to the following month.

(c) Active Subscription Required. Credits issued as part of your Subscription are only valid while your Subscription remains active. If your Subscription lapses, is terminated, or is cancelled, any remaining Credits will no longer be valid or accessible.

Refund Policy

(a) Service Interruptions and User Dissatisfaction. We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, offer refunds in cases of significant service interruptions and/or user dissatisfaction. Any refund request must be submitted directly to us through the channels specified in these Terms and Conditions or on the Website.

(b) Subscription Downgrades or Cancellations. Payment Processing

(a) Third-Party Provider. All payments made to StockLens in connection with Subscriptions or other purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider (currently Stripe). You acknowledge and agree that StockLens does not store your payment details on its own servers, and that any disputes or inquiries regarding payment authorization, transaction errors, or chargebacks will be addressed in accordance with Stripe's own policies and any additional processes that StockLens may determine in its sole discretion.

(b) Payment Failures and Account Suspension. If your payment cannot be processed for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription and/or your access until the payment issue is resolved.

(c) Banking, Currency Exchange, and Fees. StockLens is not liable for any banking fees, currency exchange fees, overdraft charges, or other surcharges assessed by your bank or payment provider. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and that sufficient funds or credit are available at the time of payment.

Modification of Fees and Services
We reserve the right, upon notice to you and in our sole discretion, to change or modify our Subscription Plans or pricing structure at any time. Such notice may be provided by email, posting a notice on our Website, or any other method we choose, and such modifications will become effective on the date we specify.

Termination of Online Purchases
We reserve the right at any time to terminate or discontinue any or all of our Subscription Plans or related services, without prior notice. In such an event, we may, in our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits for amounts you have pre-paid.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

StockLens relies on the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Stripe — Payment processing. Card data is processed and stored by Stripe directly; no payment card numbers are stored on StockLens servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs Stripe's handling of your payment data.
Cloudflare — Content delivery, DDoS protection, and bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare may set cookies in connection with these services; see our Cookie Policy at https://stocklens.com/cookie-policy.
Firebase / Google — Authentication services for Google and Apple OAuth sign-in. Firebase Authentication handles identity verification; no passwords are stored by StockLens.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud hosting and message queuing. Data processed by AWS infrastructure is primarily in AWS US-East data centers.
Microsoft Azure — PostgreSQL database infrastructure and ML service hosting.

Each of these third-party providers has its own terms of service and privacy policy. StockLens is not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Your use of the Website constitutes your acknowledgment that these third-party services are involved in the delivery of the platform.

(StockLens) regarding the Website, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.

AI-AGENT ACCESS VIA MCP

Access Model. StockLens exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://mcp.stocklens.com/mcp. Access is granted exclusively via OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code with PKCE. StockLens does not issue API keys, client secrets, or personal access tokens to end users. Every AI agent call runs as the authenticated user and inherits that user's subscription tier.

Permitted Use. Access to the MCP server is granted solely for the purpose of retrieving StockLens analysis for presentation to end users through MCP-compatible AI assistants (including Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients), in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Prohibited Use. You must not use the MCP server to:

resell, sublicense, or redistribute StockLens data as a standalone data product;
train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning or artificial intelligence models;
systematically scrape or bulk-export data beyond normal conversational use;
circumvent rate limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions through technical means; or
use the service in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of third parties.

Daily Tool-Call Quotas. MCP usage is subject to daily quotas based on your subscription plan:

FREE: 10 standard tool calls per day. Plus-depth analyses are not available.
PRO: 50 standard tool calls per day, plus 25 plus-depth tool calls per day.
MAX: Unlimited tool calls per day, subject to fair-use policy.

Quotas reset daily at 00:00 UTC. StockLens reserves the right to adjust quotas at any time upon notice. Exceeding quotas may result in temporary throttling of MCP access for the remainder of the calendar day.

Session Revocation. You may revoke any active AI-agent session at any time via Settings → AI Integrations → Connected Clients. Revocation terminates the session's tokens and requires the AI client to re-authenticate on its next call.

Marketplace Availability. Listings of the StockLens connector in the Anthropic Claude marketplace and OpenAI ChatGPT App directory are subject to each platform's approval process. StockLens makes no guarantee regarding the timeline or outcome of such third-party submissions. The Direct MCP Config access path (https://mcp.stocklens.com/mcp) is available independent of marketplace approvals.

Disclaimer Obligation. Any AI assistant, application, or service that presents StockLens analysis to end users must display a clear and conspicuous disclaimer stating that the information is sourced from StockLens and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. This disclaimer must be reasonably proximate to any StockLens analysis rendered within the intermediary interface.
